Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of food products, ghee products sold by Adinath Ghee Bhandar are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
However, we understand that exceptional situations may occur. Returns or replacements may be considered only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- The product is leaking or the packaging is tampered with.
- You receive an incorrect product.
- The product received is expired or unfit for consumption.
- The order is incomplete or missing items.
Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team.
To process your request, please share:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- Unboxing video (if available)
- Description of the issue
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your complaint is reviewed and approved, we may offer:
- A replacement product.
- Store credit.
- Refund to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or partially consumed products.
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
- Products returned without valid proof of purchase.
- Products reported after the specified time period.
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched from our facility.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return or refund is approved due to an error on our part.
